Business manager, France:
» Missions:
- • Identify opportunities for large-scale photovoltaic installations in the South / Center of France; capitalize on these opportunities.
- • Identify future hosts and their plots, roofs, and parking lots.
- • Participate in the follow-up and progress of projects, through the operational phase of the installation
» Requirements:
- • A higher education degree in engineering or business, with at least 5 years of experience in business development or sales—either concerning grid-connected photovoltaics for large accounts; identifying renewable energy sites and projects; construction and industrial buildings; or project development with local authorities (e.g., town halls, district planning authorities, regional councils).
- • A sense of enterprise, independence, and a strong interest for business prospection and development. Motivated by specific quantified targets.
Research engineer, Madrid:
» Missions:
- • Manage the technical development of photovoltaic plant projects.
- • Carry out internal technical studies and monitor the quality of studies conducted by external service providers.
- • Take part in the selection of external service providers, purchase of material, and installers operating on project in France and elsewhere.
» Requirements:
- • Higher education degree in electric systems engineering, with at least 3 years of experience as a photovoltaics research officer (for a technical research cabinet or a photovoltaic electricity operator), in the course of which you have developed solid knowledge of ground installations and building-integrated installations. Very good command of design software (e.g., Autocad, PV Syst). Rigor, independence, and sense of enterprise.
- • Strong interest for work in small and dynamic teams, and for collaboration with external partners.
- • Fluent Spanish and French. A good command of English is also desirable.
Project manager, Madrid
» Missions:
- • The project manager will be responsible for the internal administrative development of photovoltaic projects managed by Dhamma.
- • The project manager will be in charge of the preparation and the follow-up of:
- - Technico-economic proposals for the owners of suitable plots, roofs, and parking lots;
- - Administrative paperwork (e.g., construction permits, requests for grid connection).
- • The project manager will monitor the quality of studies conducted by external service providers (e.g., environmental studies).
- • The project manager will take part in the selection of external service providers and installers who are involved in the photovoltaic projects, in addition to taking part in decisions regarding the purchase of equipment, and following up on projects.
» Requirements :
- • Degree in business or engineering, with at least 7 years of experience, including 3 years of responsibility for the development of infrastructure or energy projects, in a consulting practice.
- • Native French speaker with a good level in Spanish. A good level of English is also desirable.
- • Rigor, independence, sense of enterprise, comfortable with working in a small and dynamic team. Accustomed to working with external service providers.
- • Desire to invest oneself in a young company with potential for professional growth
- • Good command of Microsoft Office programs.
