Dhamma Energy was founded by Philippe Esposito and Olivier Crambade, professionals with extensive experience in the development of solar photovoltaic projects.
With decades of experience in the renewable energy sector, they have led the development of large-scale solar projects in Europe and Mexico, actively contributing to the energy transition.
The expertise built through the development, financing, and operation of solar projects laid the foundation for Dhamma Energy’s growth in Mexico, where the company began operations in 2013 and has since established a strong market presence.
Today, Dhamma Energy Mexico is part of the DH2 energy group, advancing its development with a clear long-term focus, technical rigor, and a firm commitment to sustainability.
Regional Director
Pierre-Yves Gary is a professional with extensive experience in the development of renewable energy projects since 2009. He serves as Regional Director at Dhamma Energy Mexico, where he has led corporate strategy and the development of solar and green hydrogen projects since the company began operations in the region.
His profile combines international experience (across Europe, Africa, and Latin America), business development, structuring strategic partnerships for the group, and a clear focus on sustainable long-term growth.
Country Manager
Juan Pedro Mendoza Cervantes has more than 12 years of experience leading the development and consolidation of Dhamma Energy in Mexico. As Country Manager, he has spearheaded the execution of the company’s solar projects in the country, driving its growth and strengthening its position in the Mexican market.
Team
It is made up of project managers, community relations leads, engineers, and specialized technicians in the sector. A highly qualified team that ensures every initiative is developed to the highest standards of efficiency, technical excellence, and local integration in harmony with the communities.
